Si siguen este blog a menudo, se habrán dado cuenta que soy fanFROMhell de los YYY’s. Pero siendo un poco objetivos, pocas bandas ofrecen el mismo nivel de calidad y encanto que el trío de Nueva York. Por lo tanto tienen bien merecidos el 4 y 32 lugares para su primer y segundo LPs respectivamente. El “It’s Blitz!” se quedó fuera porque, aunque es igual de encantador que los otros dos, no tiene la misma relevancia musical en una era de sintetizadores.
Y que sorpresa! Vemos a viejos conocidos como don “Funeral”, a la señora “Is This It?” y a los pequeñuelos “Kid A” y “White Blood Cells”, alabados por otras publicaciones. Muy buenos los cuatro.
Les cae que el de Klaxons está tan bueno? Necesito pensarlo un poco más. Igual con el disco gris de Danger Mouse y con el Silent Alarm.
Sin pelos en la lengua, decidieron alabar al repudiado por los hipsters “American Idiot”, que en lo personal opino que es de los mejores discos de Green Day.
Buena lista en general, puntos extra por añadir al Oracular Spectacular y al Crystal Castles.
